You’re ready for an upgrade.

When facing relationship issues, it can be tough to find someone trustworthy for advice. Relationships rely on intimacy and trust. However, when we talk to friends and family about our problems, they might not understand the full situation. Sometimes their advice can be helpful, but other times it may not be what we need.

Dealing with hurt feelings or infidelity can leave us feeling stuck. Some mistakes may seem too big to fix, but the future doesn't have to be full of pain.

If you want to revive the love and understanding you once shared with your partner, or if you want to improve your relationship with an ex or co-parent, you’re in the right place.

It can be extremely difficult to bring your relationship issues to a therapist. I know, because I’ve done it myself!

My approach to relationship counseling involves helping you and your partner air out your conflicts and feelings in a safe, supportive space. You and your partner will have a space to work through disagreements without blame or guilt for past errors.

There is no “quick fix” for healing relationships. Sometimes, it’s necessary to rebuild the foundation after we’ve made attempts to repair, without success. Still, you can repair and rebuild the foundation of your relationship, and I’m here to guide you through the process.

WORK WITH ME

I can help strengthen your relationship.

My approach to healing relationships begins with each person identifying and recognizing their emotional truth, and figuring out how they can feel safe expressing that truth to their partner.

When we work together, we will create a communication system that works for you and your partner so you can build a secure attachment together and repair any issues from the past.

You and your partner will learn to confront your fears with honesty and bravery, and you’ll feel at ease knowing that you can do this - together.
